Cancellations and refunds
- Cancel before the pro sets off: full refund.
- Cancel after the pro has set off or arrived: the visit charge shown at booking goes to the pro, and the rest is refunded.
- Job not done: full refund after our team checks the record.
- Part of the job not done: that part is refunded after review.
- Refunds go back to the way you paid, through PayU.
